Constant Pushing Unimportant "News"

So sick of this app. I want to have push notifications for important breaking news headlines--a hurricane, tornado warning, major terrorist attack, etc. Im sick of getting constant headlines all day, every day. Please stop pushing so much and use it for what its for--important news!
I only even have the app installed to get these important updates, and Ive reached the point of deleting it. Its obnoxious.
